After missing a few Sprint and Iron races due to other commitments, Cavalieri Garage & Co. with the SK-R team returned to action for the second round of the Extrema Endurance Series, the rental karting endurance race series organized by Futura Corse at the Extrema Kart track in Massa Finalese (MO).

The second round, a 2-hour race, saw the participation of 16 teams divided into Star and Rookie categories. The SK-R Team fielded 3 drivers: Simone Marchetti, Jacopo Bondi, and Sebastiano Bondi.

Qualifying, held in the half-hour allotted to teams to set the best possible time, was affected by traffic, hindering the teams from fully exploiting their potential in the initial phase of the session. As the session progressed, lap times improved, securing a seventh position on the grid, satisfactory but certainly improvable.

The start wasn't ideal for the SK-R Team, with Jacopo Bondi getting caught up in the hectic early moments, losing four positions. The first stint was characterized by an aggressive comeback, allowing to regain two positions and stabilize in ninth place until the first of the four mandatory pit stops for driver changes. In the second stint, Simone Marchetti experienced top speed issues, resulting in a considerable gap to the competitors ahead, a gap that persisted during the subsequent stints by Sebastiano Bondi and Jacopo Bondi. The final phase, with Simone Marchetti back behind the wheel for the last 25 minutes, saw a slight recovery facilitated by good feeling and excellent lap times.

The ninth position was thus maintained until the finish line, with the SK-R Team concluding in ninth place overall and sixth in the Star category. It was a challenging race from the start, providing valuable experience in the discipline. The overall victory went to the RC Motorsport team after a distant duel with the Corel team. Third place in the Star category and fifth overall for Scuderia A16, who managed to limit the damage after a misunderstanding at the pit with race control.
