AUTO E MOTO D'EPOCA 2024

The forty-first edition of Auto e Moto d'Epoca in Bologna has concluded with great satisfaction among organizers, marking a significant revival of the historic car and motorcycle market, as highlighted by dealers and vendors attending the event.

"Bologna has shown a growth trend that exceeded both our expectations and those of the exhibitors," said Mario Carlo Baccaglini, the event’s organizer. "Unlike other industry fairs in Europe, we are very pleased with the results achieved here. Every segment of the market saw growth, with vehicles across all price ranges, from 5,000 euros to 2 million. Especially popular are unique cars, rare finds, vehicles kept in original condition, and competitively priced options, particularly those with a story to tell. People choose vintage cars for passion, to relive memories and sensations that transcend generations."

Dealers at the event were equally satisfied with the sales results, reporting growth across almost every sector. Smaller cars (up to 30,000 euros) performed well, while the mid-range market (between 30,000 and 100,000 euros) also saw strong interest, especially for classic Porsches and Italian and European cars from the 1950s. Additionally, a new generation of collectors is emerging, focused on youngtimers and often on the lookout for special, limited-edition models.

The next edition is scheduled for BolognaFiere from October 23rd to 26th, 2025.
